About

From the tippy top of Wayna PicchuHello, and welcome to my travel blog. When I’m not living in San Francisco, where I work in the biotech industry, road bike, snowboard, and enjoy life in the San Francisco Bay Area, I make time to travel on a shoe string.

My family and friends often wonder and sometimes worry about where I am and what I’m doing. So my sister Cindy, a web designer in Pittsburgh, PA, developed this site so that I could let people know that I’m still in one piece, and archive my adventures in California and abroad.

This site begins with my trip to South America in 2004 when I spent 6 months traveling around Argentina, Antarctica, Chile, Bolivia and Peru. I’ve continued my Spanish studies and want to travel to other Spanish speaking places. In December 2007 and January 2008, I will travel to Guatemala and Honduras.
